Aluminum structural section is widely applied with good effects into industrial and civil construction such as roofs, walls, windows & doors, skeleton structures, latticed shells, supporting systems for glass curtain walls, rainsheds, passenger footbridges, indoor & outdoor dalle, partition walls, ceilings, suspended ceilings, handrails, finishing materials & structural components, containers in shops, construction templates, etc.

Aluminum extruder is mainly used to produce copper and copper alloy pipe, bar, profile and wire extruder. According to its transmission mode can be divided into mechanical transmission mode and hydraulic transmission mode. Mechanical drive extruders are easy to be impacted when the load changes.

Copper profile extruder in use, its hydraulic oil as the main working medium, in the daily maintenance, especially should pay attention to, not because the oil level is too low, casually into the tank does not meet the requirements of oil. The oil quality should be inspected regularly (generally 3~6 months is appropriate), and the unqualified oil should be replaced.
