Established in 1995, we YuanChang is a manufacturer for complete set of extruders for nonferrous metals. Extruders designed and produced by us ranges from 620 up to 7,500 tons with annual delivery as many as 180 sets, all of whom are playing key valuable roles for our global clients.

Aluminum structural section is widely applied with good effects into industrial and civil construction such as roofs, walls, windows & doors, skeleton structures, latticed shells, supporting systems for glass curtain walls, rainsheds, passenger footbridges, indoor & outdoor dalle, partition walls, ceilings, suspended ceilings, handrails, finishing materials & structural components, containers in shops, construction templates, etc.
As is widely applied into rail traffic, Aluminum structural section can be made into not only cart body such as roofs, side walls, timbers, etc. but also accessories such as luggage racks, doors, steps, water tanks, etc. Replacement of steel structural section with aluminum can reduce weight of trains substantially as well as emission and save energy. Meanwhile, due to the reduction of weight, trains are easier to be controlled during cornering or ups and downs even at high speed. Usually, high-speed trains going faster than 250 kms/h are made with aluminum structural section.

Aluminum extruder is mainly used to produce copper and copper alloy pipe, bar, profile and wire extruder. According to its transmission mode can be divided into mechanical transmission mode and hydraulic transmission mode. Mechanical drive extruders are easy to be impacted when the load changes.

The oil quality should be inspected regularly (generally 3~6 months is appropriate), and the unqualified oil should be replaced.
