**The operator of aluminum extrusion press must pay attention to the following items before the formal operation to ensure the normal, safety and continuity of aluminum production.

• * （1） : check whether the aluminum equipment is normal, whether the operation parts of the machine are in place, whether the sliding plate is lubricated, whether the travel switch of the induction device acts, whether the fasteners (screws) are loose, whether the circulating cooling water is opened, whether the oil level is enough, whether the oil temperature is normal, whether the oil pump has abnormal sound. Whether the working speed is normal. Whether the action conversion is normal.

（2） : check the condition of aluminum rod furnace (refer to Article 1), check the extrusion center line, check the heating condition of aluminum extrusion cylinder and the fluctuation of heating instrument. Operation of tractor, material bed and rear equipment. Whether the maintenance hardware tools (mold, pad, pressing plate, pressing plate, clamp, hammer, pliers, spanner, driver, screw knife, crowbar, heat insulation top, shaping tools, etc.) of operators are fixed on the working site, whether the crane, aluminum extrusion die heating furnace are normal. Whether all kinds of quenching cooling fans are running. Whether various measuring tools are complete and correct.

（3） Whether there are irrelevant and miscellaneous personnel, maintenance personnel, visiting and investigating personnel, and whether there are new learning personnel, we should dissuade, inquire, prompt, prevent, explain, train, guide, demonstrate and so on to the relevant personnel according to the actual situation and take the principle of safety first as the principle, and do a good job of confidentiality for the external personnel who are not accompanied by leaders when necessary. Coordinate production according to schedule, team members, and pay attention to the orderly connection between each process.

（4） : understand the production content, production requirements, production sequence, and make corresponding real data records during production. The writing is clear and the production date is marked, so that it can be checked, traced, used for reference and quoted. Prepare and be familiar with the drawings, forms, data, documents, etc. of aluminum alloy profiles in advance.
