Oil pump is no longer driven by common motor but by servo one which is fast in response, stable in rotation speed and easy for start-stop. All these can improve the production capacity of extruders for aluminum structural section while reduce their energy cost by 20%-30%.
The overall closed-in structure is prestressed by special hydraulic tool to improv the rigidity of framework in the extruders.
Feeding Trolleys are powered by servo electrical motors to go forward and backward to horizontally move aluminum bars from feeding position to extruding position.
